INTERNATIONAL CHARITABLE FUND "Olexandr Feldman Fund"

Concern “AVEC” develops charity through  ICF "Olexandr Feldman Fund". Its creed consists of the following words: “Charity is not just a word by itself but an action”. 

ICF "Olexandr Feldman Fund" furnishes material assistance both to individuals and health care facilities, culture, educational, sports and scientific institutions, social organizations. Approximately 30 000 of people and 3 000 of organizations obtained targeted assistance over the years of existence of the fund. More than 33 million of hrivnas (more than 7 million of dollars) were allocated to charity. Judging by these figures ICF "Olexandr Feldman Fund" may be compared with the largest Ukrainian charity organizations.

The main efforts of the fund are aimed at realization of social programs and projects, directed to development of Kharkov, support of disadvantaged groups of population, the younger generation care and promotion of intellectual development of Kharkov citizens. 

ICF "Olexandr  Feldman Fund" closely cooperates with state institutions, local government administrations, educational, scientific, medical and sports institutions, national and international social organizations.
