The Shopping and Office Center “AVE PLAZA” which is in the construction stage is located in the historic and business center of Kharkov at the following address: 10 Sumskaya Str. – one of the most prestigious districts of the city. The construction is rapidly approaching its end.

The office part of the building corresponds to B class and is located on 5-7 floors with the main entrance from Teatralnaya Square. Tenants will be able to convert the facilities taking into account actual needs due to the open-plan of facilities.

The trade zone located on the first 4 floors has two separate entrances one from Sumskaya Str. and one from Teatralnaya Square. The showrooms, in which various brands from the world of fashion, accessories, jewelry and other consumer goods; health and beauty center, and various cafes and restaurants will be offered to customers, and will be located in the retail area.
