LEVADA CITY

The land lot is located 1 km away from historical downtown of Kharkov. The development area borders with international bus station, railway station and housing estate, in which more than 30000 people live.

It’s planned to construct a unified complex of buildings, in which shopping, office and entertainment centers, as well as recreation zone will be united.

The concept of complex development of the land lot is being elaborated together with consulting company "Centrumutveckling".
