HISTORY

The history of Concern “AVEC” originated in 1987 when Mr.Boris Feldman and Mr.Alexander Feldman founded cooperative societies which were considered to be one of the first private commercial structures in Kharkov. These cooperative societies were consolidated in private commercial production firm “AVEC” in 1991. Joint stock company “Concern AVEC and Co” was founded in 1994 as a result of consolidation of “AVEC” with its business partners.

Having overcome development difficulties and disadvantageous conditions of “transition” economy and having covered a long course of development, the company gained successful experience and spotless reputation in business groups.

 After President of the Company – Mr.Alexander Feldman had been elected to be a member of the Ukrainian company, a young team of top managers has been in charge of the company since 2002. “ AVEC”, the largest business structure of Kharkov region led by them has become a national brand, diversified company, which takes leading positions in different sectors of the national business:

• Commercial real estate: investment and development activity, project management;
• Milk processing;
• Media business;
• Transport services.

“AVEC-Ukraine” which represents interests of “AVEC” at All Ukrainian level, started its activity in 2006.

One of the main principles used in the company activity base is a principle of socially responsible business. Kharkov City Charitable Fund “AVEC” was founded at the initiative of Mr. Alexander Feldman in 1997, Sports Club “AVEC” was founded a year later. “AVEC” art gallery which is considered to be the leading non-state gallery of Kharkov has been working since 2000.

The success of “AVEC” has many “components”. It’s a highly efficient management, well thought-out economic business strategy, developed corporate culture, expansive business contacts and cohesive staff of highly knowledgeable specialists, who have vast experience in production, commercial, financial, legal, economic activity and are able to cope with any task.
