"AVEC" SPORT CLUB

Sports club “AVEC” was founded in 1998 on the initiative of the President of Boards of Founders of JSC “Concern AVEC and Co” – Mr. Boris Y.Feldman. The club solves such tasks as popularization, promotion and development of physical fitness and sports in Ukraine.

Sports club “AVEC” helps sportsmen whose professional career is over to adjust to new social conditions, find their vocation in other fields of activity at the same time not giving up training, performing in another status.

A football team, which performs in tournaments conducted among veterans, was created in 1999. The team successfully performed for the first time in the same year – it was through to the semifinal of Ukraine in football among veterans as well as it won in the veteran championship of Kharkov in futsal. The veteran team of “AVEC” wins almost in all tournaments it participates; it set a unique record in 2003 when the team was through city championship without any defeat, having won one more championship. The last season was successful for the team too; its collection of trophies was complemented with Kharkov cup.

The team allots tasks of maximum level. It strives for victory in all tournaments, delighting its numerous devoted fans, with perfect play.

The executive director of the team is Sergey Taran; the head coach is Alexander Zabolotniy, Deputy of Kharkov municipal council.
