NOVOSALTOVSKIY SHOPPING COMPLEX

 “Novosaltovskiy” shopping complex is located in the beginning of Saltovskiy residential district (high rise buildings), its population is about 500 thousand people.

The following groups of goods are sold in the shopping complex:

• Clothes and footwear;
• Building materials;
• Second hand;
• Foodstuffs.

The location of the market is characterized by the intensive footfall, what can be explained by the fact that terminal underground station “Geroev Truda” is located there.

According to this land lot development project it’s planned to construct DIY supermarket, with total area of 12500 sq.m. The project concept is being elaborated together with «Centrumutveckling» company.
