RADIO CITY SHOPPING AND OFFICE CENTER

Radio City Shopping and office complex will be constructed on the intersection of two thoroughfares – Gagaryna avenue and Geroev Stalingrada Avenue.

Two-level shopping center with total area of approximately 7 000 sq.m., designated for “ average” target group will be located on first two floors, herewith a grocery supermarket will be located on the first floor and a supermarket of household appliances and electronics will be located on the second floor. Office center of  “C” class with conference hall with total area of 12,3 thousand square meters will be located on 3-5 floors of the building.

Catering facilities for visitors of shopping area and tenants of office areas will be located on two floors of one of the buildings.

Car parking for tenants of offices will be located in the patio of the complex, and a parking for visitors of the shopping center will be located in front of the building of the shopping center.
